Terms of Use

We may update these Terms when the Service, applicable rules, or our business operations change. The date at the top will be updated when a new version is published. Changes apply from publication and do not alter the terms of a swap that was already created. Your continued use of the Service means that you accept the current version.

EagleSwap lets you request a quote and initiate an exchange of one supported digital asset for another. EagleSwap itself does not provide a hosted wallet, maintain customer balances, or control your private keys.

Swaps are executed using independent liquidity, routing, blockchain, and exchange services. An execution provider may receive and temporarily control a deposit for the limited purpose of completing or refunding the swap. Provider and network availability can change, so we cannot promise that every quote or swap will be accepted or completed.

EagleSwap is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Rates, estimates, and other information shown by the Service are not financial or investment advice.

A quote is valid only for the asset, network, amount, addresses, and deposit window shown. Never reuse a deposit address or send a deposit after its quote has expired.

A floating-rate quote is an estimate. Its final output can change with the market, available liquidity, slippage, network conditions, confirmation time, and execution costs. A fixed-rate or exact-output quote applies only when the complete payment is received on time and every payment instruction is followed.

A quote may be recalculated, declined, delayed, or refunded when a payment is late; the amount, asset, or network is wrong; a required memo or tag is missing; more than one payment is sent; network fees reduce the received amount; or the transaction cannot be executed.

EagleSwap's fee is shown in the quote or included in the displayed rate. Network and recovery costs may be deducted where they apply. Fiat values are estimates for reference only.

Before paying, check the input and output assets, networks, amount, deposit address, destination address, refund address, memo or tag, rate type, fees, limits, and expiry. You must own or be authorized to use every wallet involved.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, asset, network, amount, memo or tag; an expired or reused quote; duplicate payments; or a compromised wallet. Address validation is a convenience and does not prove ownership or network compatibility.

Unsupported assets and assets sent through the wrong network may be impossible to recover. Contact support promptly if you make a payment error and include the EagleSwap order ID, public transaction hash, and a compatible refund address.

EagleSwap does not require an account or identity verification for a public swap. We will not ask for your name, government ID, photograph, proof of address, source-of-funds documents, source-of- wealth documents, seed phrase, or private key.

Execution providers automatically screen wallet addresses and transactions for sanctions, fraud, and blockchain risk. If your deposit fails an AML check, we will refund it. This screening does not require personal documents.

A screening decision does not by itself accuse you of unlawful conduct. EagleSwap cannot manually override an execution provider's screening result.

Underpayments, overpayments, split or duplicate payments, late deposits, and failed swaps may be recalculated, delayed, declined, partially processed, or refunded. If a swap cannot be executed after a valid deposit, a refund will be attempted wherever the asset and network permit it. Any refund will be sent to the original address from which the deposit was sent or to the refund address you designated for the swap.

Refunds may be reduced by network fees and reasonable provider or recovery costs. Timing depends on the relevant network and execution provider. A support acknowledgement means only that we are investigating; it does not guarantee that an unsupported or incorrectly transmitted asset can be recovered.

You are responsible for any refund address you provide. It must support receiving the refunded asset on the original network. EagleSwap is not responsible for a failed refund caused by an incorrect or incompatible refund address.

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and be legally permitted to use digital-asset exchange services. EagleSwap does not operate in prohibited jurisdictions.

The Service is not available to anyone who:

• is located in or ordinarily resident in the United States of America or any of its territories or possessions, the European Economic Area (including all European Union member states), Costa Rica, Canada, the United Kingdom, or any country where the use of cryptocurrency is prohibited under applicable law;
• is located in or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered by the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) or mandated by the United Nations Security Council; or
• is sanctioned, listed, owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, a person or entity sanctioned or listed by OFAC or under applicable United Nations sanctions.

You must not use or attempt to use the Service to:

• break applicable law, sanctions, court orders, or third-party rights;
• launder money, finance terrorism, evade tax, or exchange stolen or fraudulent assets;
• facilitate ransomware, extortion, scams, trafficking, illegal gambling, or prohibited trade;
• manipulate quotes, rates, referrals, commissions, transaction status, or provider controls;
• introduce malware, disrupt the Service, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass security or rate limits; or
• impersonate another person or commercially reproduce the Service without authorization.

We may refuse or end access when misuse is reasonably suspected. We may be unable to explain a decision if doing so would reveal a security control, interfere with an investigation, or violate law.

API credentials are confidential server-side secrets. Do not put them in browser code, mobile applications, public repositories, analytics, or customer-visible logs. We may rate-limit, rotate, suspend, or revoke credentials to protect the Service or enforce these Terms.

Resellers are responsible for securing their credentials, presenting accurate transaction information, supporting their customers, and preventing prohibited use. They may not claim to be EagleSwap or bind EagleSwap to promises we did not make.

Commission rates and payout arrangements are the ones shown in the relevant partner account or agreed in writing. Only eligible, successfully completed swaps earn commission. Refunded, failed, expired, duplicated, fraudulent, or manipulated swaps do not. Errors and improperly credited amounts may be corrected.

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture status.

EagleSwap's software, branding, original designs, content, and interfaces are owned by or licensed to EagleSwap. Except where law permits it, you may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party names, logos, assets, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Digital assets involve substantial risk, including volatility, irreversible transfers, depegging, network or smart-contract failure, exploits, lost liquidity, provider failure, and possible total loss. They may not be protected by deposit insurance, investor compensation, or chargeback rights.

To the extent allowed by law, EagleSwap does not make implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee a particular rate, completion time, successful recovery, or continuous access.

EagleSwap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss caused by use of the Service, market movement, user error, wallet compromise, network failure, or an independent provider. If EagleSwap is found liable, its total liability for a claim is limited to the fees EagleSwap actually received for the swap that caused the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse EagleSwap for reasonable losses, claims, penalties, and legal costs caused by your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms, API activity, or reseller customers. This does not apply to loss caused by EagleSwap or where mandatory law prohibits it.

These Terms are the entire agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement expressly replaces part of them. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; EagleSwap may assign them as part of a transfer or reorganization of the Service.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute. These Terms do not override mandatory law or select a court that would otherwise lack jurisdiction. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the rules that apply to the particular dispute.
